3. Quotations

1. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless specified.
3. Quotes may change if artwork, specifications or quantities are amended.

4. Orders

An order becomes binding when:

• payment has been received (where applicable);
• artwork has been approved; or
• written confirmation to proceed has been received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

5. Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for checking artwork carefully before approval.

Please verify:

• spelling
• grammar
• contact details
• colours
• logos
• images
• sizing
• positioning
• QR codes
• barcodes

Once artwork has been approved, 1StopPrint Ltd accepts no responsibility for customer-approved errors.

Reprints resulting from approved artwork errors will be chargeable.

6. Customer Supplied Artwork

Customers must ensure artwork is suitable for professional printing.

We recommend:

• PDF/X print-ready files
• 300dpi resolution
• CMYK colour profile
• 3mm bleed
• outlined fonts where applicable

We are not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution or unsuitable artwork.

7. Design Services

Where design services are provided:

• Design fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Customers receive proofs before production.
• Minor revisions are included where agreed.
• Extensive alterations may incur additional charges.

Ownership of design files remains with 1StopPrint Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Colours

Printed colours may vary slightly from:

• computer monitors
• mobile devices
• RGB artwork
• previous print runs

Colour variations within normal commercial tolerances do not constitute defects.

Customers requiring exact colour matching should request Pantone printing where available.

9. Production Times

Estimated production times begin once:

• payment has cleared;
• artwork is approved;
• all required information has been received.

Production times are estimates only.

10. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• courier companies
• weather
• industrial action
• customs
• supplier shortages
• customer delays
• force majeure events

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

11. Collection

Customers collecting orders should inspect goods before leaving our premises.

Claims made after collection may be limited.

12. Quantity Variations

Commercial printing may result in slight over or under production.

A tolerance of up to 5% is considered acceptable.

13. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Payment is required before production.
• Credit account customers must pay within agreed terms.
• Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Goods remain the property of 1StopPrint Ltd until paid for in full.

14. Storage

Completed orders should be collected promptly.

Orders left for more than 30 days may incur storage charges or be disposed of after reasonable notice.

15. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have permission to use all supplied:

• logos
• photographs
• trademarks
• artwork
• illustrations
• text

Customers agree to indemnify 1StopPrint Ltd against any copyright or trademark claims arising from supplied artwork.

16. Limitation of Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order supplied.

We shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses
• loss of profits
• business interruption
• consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

17. Complaints

Any printing issue should be reported within 3 working days of receiving the goods.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Description
• Photographs
• Quantity affected

We reserve the right to inspect goods before agreeing any remedy.

18. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
